Charles R. Jackard received his Ed. D. in Adult Education specializing in Administration and Counseling from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He has a nationwide reputation as a classroom educator, school principal and education consultant, with emphasis on difficult students and human relations. He has more than 30 years experience in both urban and suburban school districts, the latter years concentrating on alternative education for at-risk students. Charles resides in Leawood, Kansas with his wife, Pat, and their dog, Snoopers.
